Responsibilities:

 

  • Review and analyze client digital properties for areas needing improvement
  • Prepare detailed strategy reports
  • Create and launch campaigns
  • Improve clients ‘rank’ in major search engines
  • Designing and implementing bespoke lead management procedures, marketing databases, marketing automation systems, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses
  • Enhancing current operations and establishing a GTM strategy for new product lines

Operations Manager

Job Descriptions:

 

Lead the operations team for a given line of business. Establish carrier relationships to ensure that all approved loads are assigned, dispatched, and verified for payment, as well as managing every follow-up, address Carrier concerns, and fulfill the paperwork required to finish the shipping process. Assist with special projects, compliance issues, and safety concerns. Develop processes that can be implemented by the rest of the team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Overall Operational responsibility of a Line of Business.
  • Oversee Carrier Compliance, Carrier Recruiting, and metric rankings.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Carrier’s and understand their Corridors
  • and Equipment to better serve all our needs.
  • Supervise Dispatcher/s
  • Function as a liaison between Carrier’s and Shippers.
  • Handle any Complaints by either Carrier’s, Customers or personnel and follow up if need be.
  • Utilize cost effective vendors to meet company budget objectives.
  • Direct and lead Dispatch operations
  • Train personnel in the operations line of business
  • Make sure that All Carriers are held accountable to deliver within the agreed
  • upon Time Frame
  • Direct the entering of Load information, Carrier Assignment, Dispatch, and
  • Processing of Bills for Payment
  • Follow up with Carriers on any Damage Claims for payment and handling
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Understands Personal Owned Vehicles shipping operations
  • Understands Domestic individual/consumer shipping Market
  • One year customer service skills experience, two years dispatch experience
  • Graduate degree in business management, operations, communications, or arts
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent Communication Skills -verbal and written
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Multi-tasking
  • Ability to work in fast paced/diverse environment
